We enjoyed ‘Popping Up’ in front of a small, supportive and mainly masked audience (for which thank you all very much) on Saturday 23rd October in a well-ventilated William Loveless Hall. Scenes varied from high comedy (including The Tempest, Two Gentlemen of Verona, and some Midsummer Night’s Dream favourites) through to emotional blackmail and downright nastiness (Richard III amongst others) and we were also treated to story and sonnet readings and madrigals.
